Adopt-A-Park and Park Clean-Up Kits

Adopt-A-Park (or trail) and commit to cleaning it once a month from April through October. Beautification projects can be done with permission from the park director. Information, registration and waivers are in the Adopt-a-Park Brochure.

Groups or individuals looking to do a one-time clean-up or service project can check out a Park Clean-Up Kit for a week at a time.  You can choose where you’d like to clean up.

Coaching - Youth Programs

Volunteer coaches are used for almost all youth programs, including Soccer, Baseball, Softball, Mini Sluggers and T-ball, Football, Volleyball, and Basketball. No experience is needed, and resources and training are provided.

Fundraising - Youth Scholarship Assistance Fund

The Owatonna Youth Scholarship Assistance program allows youth to participate in programs and activities they may not have otherwise been able to. Scholarship fundraising activities, coordinated by the Youth Scholarship Board, are held throughout the year. If you are interested in helping with fundraisers, please email Scholarship Committee Chair Tyler Cochran.
