APPROVED CONTINUING EDUCATION COURSES

Continuing education ensures licensees have appropriate knowledge in their fields and are able to comply with state and federal laws.  Licensees who are required to complete continuing education must do so by attending courses approved by the MN Department of Labor and Industry. Renewal deadline: Every two years by the anniversary of licensure.  See below links to browse courses, options include in person and virtual seminars. 

Annual Institute for Building Officials - Date: January 5-20, 2022, Location: Earle Brown Heritage Center, Brooklyn Center. Registration is open now!  For: Architects, building, electrical, elevator, engineers, fire, housing, manufactured home installers, mechanical,  permit techs, plumbing, and residential building contractors.

Upper Great Plains Region III Educational Institute- Date: Feb. 7-11, 2022, Location: Minneapolis Marriott Northwest, Brooklyn Park.
