- Additions and alterations
- Drywall (when applicable: residential-firewalls, commercial-all projects)
- Final inspection of new construction
- Footings
- Foundation
- Framing
- Insulation
- Radon (under-floor installation rock backfill and sealed vapor barrier)
- Roofing underlayment/decking /flashing and final
- Setbacks from property lines and grading
- Siding installation/flashing/house wrap and final
- Vapor barrier
- Wall and roof sheathing (when applicable: shear walls/fire assemblies/braced wall lines)
- Water proofing
- Window flashing/installation and final
Inspections can be scheduled by calling 507-444-4370. Please call at least 1 day in advance by 4 pm. We do not do same-day inspections.
