The Charter Commission meets once annually, the third Thursday of April and when necessary, in Second Floor Conference Room at City Hall.
The Charter Commission works to frame and amend the City Charter under Minnesota State Statute 410.05.
Charter Commission Board Members are recommended to Chief Judge; and appointed by Chief Judge Third District of Minnesota; Terms expire December 31.
