Rice Lake Street will be closed on Tuesday, October 24 from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. This closure is in addition to today’s closure until 5 p.m.
Canadian Pacific Kansas City (CPKC) Railroad crews are doing maintenance work. Detour signs have been posted. The City of Owatonna advises motorists to drive with caution and slow down through work zones for their safety and for the safety of the construction crews.
