10/01/2021 - ISG Update:
Work This Past Week
- Within the 300 Block
- Remaining seat block and planter foundations were poured.
- Electrical and irrigation conduit was placed.
- Light pole bases are being poured.
- Subdrain is being installed.
- Within the 200 Block
- Temporary water services have been connected to the buildings.
- Existing light poles and foundations were removed.
- Sanitary sewer main was installed.
Upcoming Work
- Within the 300 Block
- Continued subdrain installation is anticipated.
- The sidewalk subgrade is anticipated to be prepared and aggregate base placed.
- The road subgrade will be prepped, and the subbase and base will be hauled in and placed in preparation for concrete paving.
- Concrete paving is anticipated to begin at the end of next week with sidewalk, followed by curb, gutter, and mainline pavement over the next few weeks.
- Within the 200 Block
- Sanitary service installation is expected.
