Pearson Brothers will begin sealing the cracks and sealcoating the streets shown on the map June 1, 2020. The crack sealing process includes routing of the cracks to allow enough room for the sealant to bond to the cracks. This process is necessary for quality crack sealing, but it does create dust. The sealcoating process includes the spreading of small aggregate rock, which also could create dust. It is recommended that you close your windows and garage doors to prevent dust from getting into your residence or vehicles. Crack sealing and Sealcoating are vital processes to keep the road in good condition, and will help prevent costly assessments in the future. Sealcoating is scheduled to begin July 6th.
