Celebrate Library Card Sign-up Month this September with the Owatonna Public Library! We're inviting everyone to discover the incredible resources and opportunities available at your local library by signing up for a library card.
Today’s libraries are vibrant community centers offering much more than just books. At the Owatonna Public Library, you'll find various programs, research assistance, author talks, story times, access to digital materials and online resources, and more. Whether you're looking to enhance your skills, find valuable information, or connect with fellow avid readers, a library card unlocks a world of possibilities.
Curious about exploring a new hobby, like crafting, cooking, or gardening? The library has the resources you need. Interested in learning a new language? We can help with that, too! There’s truly something for everyone at the Owatonna Public Library. Getting a library card is easy and is an essential step toward lifelong learning for kids and adults alike. Everyone should have one!
Current cardholders, we have something special for you, too! We’re celebrating a brand-new library card design! Normally, there is a $1.00 replacement fee for a new card. Through the month of September, exchange your current library card to the new design for free! Stop by Children’s Services or Adult Services to exchange your card between September 1 and 30 and receive a card with the new design.
For more information on this and all library programs, please stop and see us, check our website www.owatonna.gov/library or visit our Facebook page.
See you at the library!
