The City of Owatonna Public Works Department, on behalf of Canadian Pacific Kansas City (CPKC) Railroad, is announcing that Rice Lake Street between South Chambers Avenue and Willow Avenue will be closed from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m. Monday, October 23.
CPKC crews will be doing maintenance work. Detour signs will be posted. The work is expected to be completed on Monday. These dates are subject to change due to weather or other factors. The City of Owatonna advises motorists to drive with caution and slow down through work zones for their safety and for the safety of the construction crews.
