The City of Owatonna Public Works has released two Request for Proposals:
- Yard Waste Compost Site Operations and Management - seeking organizations and individuals capable of operating and maintaining the City Compost Facility.
- 2023-2024 Winter Season Sidewalk Snow Removal - seeking professional services from qualified, insured contractors to complete on-call maintenance activities for snow and ice removal on sidewalks in the City of Owatonna.
Responses need to be submitted by November 3, 2023. Information for the Request for Proposals is available on the City of Owatonna Procurement Portal.
