City Council will hold hearing at a regular City Council meeting to be held at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 17, 2023, in the Gainey Room of the Owatonna Public Library at 105 N Elm Avenue to pass upon the proposed assessments against benefited properties for unpaid costs of Weed and Nuisance Compliance in the City.
