Notice of City Election: To the voters of the City of Owatonna, in Steele County, in the State of Minnesota.
The City Election for the City of Owatonna will be held in said City on Tuesday, the 8th day of November, 2022, between the hours of seven (7:00) o'clock a.m. and eight (8:00) o'clock p.m. of the same day, for the purposes of
electing candidates for the following four offices:
- One Council Member at Large - four-year term
These wards will also elect a candidate for the office of:
- First Ward–Council Member – four-year term
- Third Ward–Council Member – four-year term
- Fifth Ward-Council Member - four-year term
