      • The concrete parking lanes were poured and the mainline pavement is being poured today.

      • Concrete curb, gutter, and sidewalk were poured at the Pearl Street intersection through the bumpouts.
      • Storm sewer and small utilities were installed within the alley.
      • The base was prepared to allow for the pouring of concrete pedestrian ramps on the bumpouts on the north half of the Pearl Street intersection.
    • Within the 200 Block:
      • The storm sewer on the south half of the block was installed and stubbed into the alley.
      • Planter foundations are being formed and poured through the block.
      • The remainder of the road was sub cut and prepared, along with placement of subbase and base. Final trimming and base prep is ongoing.
      • Sidewalk base is being prepared.
      • Sanitary and watermain work has been occurring within the Vine Street intersection to provide a semi-permanent connection over winter.
        • This area will see additional removals and utility work in the spring in order to continue utility work into the 100 Block.
  • Upcoming Work

    • Within the 300 Block:
      • Utility work and base prep will occur within the alley.
      • Once the roadway is open to vehicle traffic:
        • Temporary lighting will be installed and will remain until the permanent poles arrive.
        • Limestone blocks will be placed around the planting beds.
        • Pavers will be set within the boulevard.
    • Within the 200 Block:
      • The contractor is planning to form and pour the remaining planter foundations on November 6 and prepare the block for concrete pouring next week.
      • The contractor is expecting to pave the concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter, and parking lanes working toward the mainline pavement.
        • Continued work to prepare these areas for pavement will include subgrade and base prep, trimming, and form placement.
        • Coordination with businesses will occur during sidewalk construction. If questions arise while work is being performed and concrete is curing, please feel free to ask the on-site representative to guide travel to specific buildings.
  • Please Note

The business owner meeting will be held on Wednesday, November 10th at
