9/17/2021 - ISG Update:
Work This Past Week
- Both crews worked to install the water services along the 300 block, connecting the permanent services to the buildings. A majority of the services along the 300 block were installed and are now connecting the buildings to the permanent water supply.
Upcoming Work
- The additional crew will continue to be on site as the project progresses.
- Bituminous paving will occur in the alley next to 107 West Rose Street to re-estabilsh the parking stalls.
- The remainder of the water service installation will occur along the 300 block.
- Some building access may be necessary to complete the connection. Communication with businesses will continue to occur as required.
- The remainder of the 200 block concrete removal and sidewalk removal along the 300 block is to occur next week. Access to businesses will remain open to pedestrians with brief periods coordinated for work to occur directly at each door front.
- The Vine Street intersection will remain open to traffic at this time.
- Preparation for installing amenity item foundations is to begin early next week within the 300 block.
Concrete paving on the 300 block is anticipated to begin the week of September 27th
