Owatonna, Minn. – Rose Street (County Highway 19) from Hoffman Drive to Oak Avenue is reopened to traffic. Crews had been making repairs to a collapsed storm sewer.
The pavement, curb and gutter, and sidewalk still need to be replaced, so traffic lanes will continue to be shifted around the repair area.
All dates are subject to change due to weather or other factors.
Steele County advises motorists to drive with caution and slow down through work zones for their safety and for the safety of the construction crews.
