Per Governor Walz’s Executive Order, the Owatonna Public Library (OPL) building is closed through at least April 12, 2020. At this time we plan to re-open on Monday, April 13, but stay tuned to local news media, the City of Owatonna website, and OPL social media for further updates.
All OPL programming and meeting room reservations are cancelled until further notice.
Effective immediately, the OPL Book Drop is also closed. Please do not return any Library books, DVDs, or CDs to OPL until further notice. All fines on library materials will be waived beginning immediately, through the end of April
