City Hall, Fire Department Administration, Owatonna Public Library, Police Records, and West Hills Social Commons will be closed on Thursday, November 27th for Thanksgiving Day. 

A variety of services are available at owatonna.gov:

• Cancellations & Closings
• Licenses & Permits
• Report a Non-Emergency Concern (Issues threatening public safety or things needing immediate attention (like downed wires or large tree limbs), should be reported directly to the Steele County Non-Emergency Line at 507.451.8232 or 911.)

Staff will return to office November 28.
