There will be a public hearing during the next City Council Meeting on October 21st, for comments on the proposed assessments for unpaid costs of Weed and Nuisance Compliance in the city.
The meeting will be held in Chambers of the Charles S. Crandall Center, 540 West Hills Circle, Owatonna.
