In preparation for an overlay project, a contractor will begin adjusting/repairing manholes and catch basins along South Street E and Minnesota Avenue SE on Thursday, September 19. The City of Owatonna Street Department will start milling the street on Wednesday, September 25. Milling and clean-up is expected to take approximately 2 days. The street will be paved back Monday, September 30 and Tuesday, October 1, with paving operations to take place between the hours of 7 am and 3 pm. We ask that residents use off-street parking and an alternate route for travel while milling and paving take place. Your cooperation is appreciated. All dates are subject to change due to weather and other factors.
