On Monday August 19, the City of Owatonna Street Department will began milling on Hartle Avenue between 22nd Street SE and Cedardale Drive SE. Milling is expected to take approximately 1 day. The streets will be paved back beginning Thursday August 22. We ask that residents keep all parked vehicles off the street and please use an alternate route for travel while paving takes place. Paving is expected to be August 22 from 7 am to 3 pm. Your cooperation is appreciated. Dates are subject to change due to weather and other factors.
