On March 6, the City Council approved a resolution declaring $1 million for the 2023 street and utility projects that were completed on School Street East, Butternut Avenue and Riverview Place. These projects were funded through a combination of City Funds, OPU Reimbursements, and $116,365 in Special Assessments. A public hearing for the proposed assessments has been scheduled for April 2 during the city council meeting beginning at 7 pm.
