The City of Owatonna has thirteen board/commissions with terms that expire April 30th each year.
This year, most current board/commission members whose terms will expire have agreed to reappointment to another term. Only a few seats will open for new member appointment as the current members have served the maximum number of successive terms allowed per City Code. Applications being sought for the Airport Commission (two seats) and the Human Rights Commission (three seats) and the Shade Tree Commission (one seat). Applications will be accepted until positions are filled.
