Registration begins Tuesday, February 20. Register online at www.owatonna.gov, by phone 507-444-4321, or in person at 500 Dunnell Drive.

February 20-21 7 a.m. - 6 p.m.
February 22-23 7 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
