NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS ON IMPROVEMENT
CITY OF OWATONNA, MINNESOTA
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Owatonna, Minnesota,
will hold hearings during the City Council Meeting to be held on Wednesday, March 6, 2024, beginning at 7:00 p.m. in Chambers at the Charles S. Crandall Center, 540 West Hills Circle.
This public hearing is to consider the making of the 2024 Street & Utility Project. The project involves reconstruction of:
- McKinley Street SW - Linn Avenue SW to Lilac Avenue SW
The current estimated cost of such improvement is $1,855,930.97; the total cost to be assessed is currently estimated at $90,516.40, pursuant to Minn. Stat§§ 429.011 to 429.111.
Reasonable estimates of the impact of Preliminary Assessments will be available at this hearing. Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to these proposed improvements will be heard during these hearings.
