The Owatonna Parks and Recreation registrations begin for Spring and Summer on Tuesday, February 20. Register by phone, online, or in person at our new location 500 Dunnell Drive.
Hours for registration week;
February 20 from 7 a.m. - 6 p.m.
February 21 from 7 a.m. - 6 p.m.
February 22 from 7 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
February 23 from 7 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
