The Steele County Multi-Hazard Mitigation Plan (PDF) is collectively developed and approved by:

• City of Blooming Prairie
• City of Ellendale
• City of Medford
• City of Owatonna

The mitigation plan is updated and maintained by Steele County Emergency Management.
