Major street and utility projects involving varying degrees of reconstruction to street sections, water main and service replacement, sanitary sewer and service connections, several storm sewer structures and pipe construction, and several sections of curb and gutter are planned for 2025. The project will be financed through a combination of City Funds, OPU Funds, and Special Assessments. The streets included in this year's project are:
- Linn Drive SW
- Oakdale Street SW: Linn Drive to 2nd Avenue
