   Thank you for your interest in serving your community as a volunteer. A member of the HRA Board recently resigned; the City is looking for a new member to fulfill the balance of this term which expires April 30, 2024.  

   Eligibility requirement to serve as a member of the HRA:  you must be an eligible voter and a resident of Owatonna who has maintained residence in the city for thirty (30) days before appointment. Your application will be kept on file for one year. Please select your interest:
