The first open house for the 2026 18th Street SE Reconstruction Project was held on March 25 in the Owatonna Highschool Foundation Room. During the open house, residents had the opportunity to engage with City staff, hear about the upcoming project, ask questions and offer feedback. The project is in the early stages of design and layout options were presented. The next step in the project will involve City Staff working with SEH, the design consultant, to select the final layout so the design process can continue.
